It happens to everyone in an array of situations. Sometimes, you have no motivation. You have no incentive to go to the gym, you have no desire to get out of bed, and you have no inspiration for a Monday Mojo post.
What do you do to light a fire?
Focus on the little things that make you happy. What is your favorite part of your morning routine? Maybe you really enjoy pancakes for breakfast. If the thought of making pancakes (or going to a restaurant and ordering them) gets you out of bed, treat yo self!
What inspires you to go to the gym? Is it how good you feel after you workout? Maybe some new workout gear to show off at the gym will have you up and at em.
There is motivation and inspiration in everything, you just need to find whats works for you!
