Monday Mojo- What Works For You?

I think one of the main things I have learned this past year is that there are times to be selfish and there are times to be selfless.

Take this week, this month, this year, however long it takes you, to find what works for you. It may be a gradual list or stepping stages to find what works best in every aspect of your life. Find what works best for you to get your day going. Maybe it's your favorite coffee from Starbucks, and if so, splurge on the simple pleasures. Find what works best for you to start a workout routine. Find what works best for you to lead you to the lifestyle you want to live.

Along the way there are times when you will need to say no to others in order to do what works best for you, and that is ok. There will be times you will feel obligated to say yes in order to help others in need, and that is ok too. Find your balance. With every selfish act you take, find a selfless act to partake in. Find ways to not only spread the wealth amongst yourself, but to the world around you.
